Well, I'm happy with the color now. I meant can I still bleach the roots in say three or four months that has grown?

Right now, I'm gonna cut it some and then let it be except the roots in a coule of months I think.

If its breaking off, be VERY careful with it.  Don't put any more chemicals on your length.  If you need to bleach the roots, be careful to get it only on the roots and not on the rest of the hair (overlap as little onto the already done hair as you can), and always test strand first to make sure it won't break off at the ends of the roots.

Took the new color in and it's looking less orange/yellow.

Because of the last bleach over all I now have to cut som of my hair. It's broken off but only on one side...  Weird.

Another Q, I know my hair (my ends) has taken damage because of all the bleach and so but can I still bleach my roots in the future?

I'm not sure what they mean by putting "golden" and "ash" in the same title...ash is supposed to be the opposite of gold.  If it has a violet base it will likely just make them more orange, if its green, then you'll get less orange.  If your natural color is so dark, you will probably have to always bleach your roots before dyeing.  (It might not have shown up as much the first time because your roots were much shorter in the beginning, so just not as noticeable?  Guessing here).

My natural color is brown, dark.

I bought Golden Ash blonde so now I'm thinking of adding that.

How dark is your natural hair color?  If its dark blond and no darker you may be able to get away with just using a higher lift blonde with a green base to counter orange...be aware that sometimes ash is what they call violet base on blondes, you don't want violet, you need green to counter the orange that comes out).  If your natural color is darker than that, I don't know, doing it more than once may be necessary, or using bleach, then a violet based blonde (to counter the yellow after bleach, you'd have no orange left then).

Or maybe doing it more frequently so you don't see as big a difference (every 2-3 weeks) would get the roots you just did 2 weeks ago done without you having to do it twice in a row.

I bleached the roots.

I'm thinking of getting a blonde with ash in it to get the orange out. A slight darker blond since it so blond.

The only thing is when my roots show later again that would mean first a bleach and then a ash blonde. I really don't want to do two things but just one. How can I prevent doing two?

Colored your roots or bleached your roots?

If you bleached, then it sounds like you need to rebleach the roots.  Sometimes bleach will take a bit longer to process, especially if it's cold.

If you bleached the last time to get blonde, then this time colored with single process to get pale orange, that's why the color is different.

So I bleached my hair and it was cool. Then after a while I colored my roots and they turned blond. Great. After another while was time to do roots again and now they turned a pale orange.

Why now? Why the second time?

Does this mean for my next time I should do it differently with a different shade?

I was soo hoping my roots would become the same blond I had since before.
