A lot of you ladies mentioned taking flaxseed oil. What exactly are the benefits of flaxseed for the hair?  ~tia~

I would recommend fish oil tablet, a moisturizing hair oil and deep conditioners.  Also increase your intake of various leafy green vegetables such as broccoli, salads, etc.

Daily massaging of the scalp stimulates hair growth.

Only oil i use is WGO.  I wash my hair once a week and i let it airdry. I usually flat iron it once every two weeks.  No I don't relax. I just ordered some east african shea butter from ebay that i will use as a moisturizer.

Flax seed

vitamin c

What kind of oils do you use on your hair?  Try switching to a natural oil and doing hot oil treatments.  Heat should also not be applied no more than two days after you wash it.  Do you relax?
