Hey Tangles! 

Thanks for the input!  My hair is actually dark brown, but I have been dying it for so long now so it is very bleached out beachy blonde in color.  I think it actually matches #613 just about perfectly!!

bulk hair is just that - its like a pony tail of hair that u have to tip yourself. there are some threads that tell u how to make ur own pretips.

the elite does have pretipped hair and so does the lush.

how light is your hair,

a typical install for a full head, i usually do about 200 strands.

Hey everyone!

I am new to this board and I am getting ready to embark on the challenge of giving myself hair extensions!  LOL!  I am SO excited!  I have been doing a lot of research on where I want to purchase my hair from and I liked the ELITE Hair from SHRINKIES.NET.  I liked the lush as well, but they don't have any light enough for me!

I was looking at the 1.9-2 oz. bulk packs and was wondering A.) if these were pretipped and B.) how many (about) come in a pack like this.

Any help would be great!  Thanks so much!
