i use Jherri Rhedding 100% Natural Protein conditioner- i get this at sally's beauty supply. I just add this to my cholesterol when i need protein.

I use Ion Rebuilder or Nutress Hair protein pack.  Both found at Sally's.

Hey everyone...I have been trying to establish my hair care regime, but I am missing a good protein conditioner.  I bought Mane and Tail cause I read somewhere it had protein, but I haven't used it yet... any suggestions?
