Follow through with brush strokes. Instead of short strokes, make long strokes. Hair texture does play a role in this, but make sure you make complete brush strokes around your hair line. A lot of people have this problem.

you get sss in your hair line by letting your hair grow out and continuing to brush w/ long strokes that go all the way out to your hair line.
the ssss arent where his hair line is, his line is actually back a lil bit further. the long hair goes over his real hair line making it look like a hair line w/ sssss in it.
that's right sjay.

but either way, as long as you dont cut the hair near your edge shorter, then you wont cut the ssss off. its jes long hair going over the original hairline creating the appearance of a new hairline.

funny u mentioned this cause this morning when i took off my rag i had mad maaad s's on my hair line
neways i think i know how to do it k yo when u brush at night place the brush on ur crown and when u brush forward put ur other hand on top of the brush and push down hard and brush to the front of your head, this will put more pressure on ur hair, do this after putting pomade on, make sure u go all the way and over the edge of ur hair after doing several strokes ull see the edge or ur hair line start to curl upward, keep doing it then du rag overnight in order to hold the curls down and facing forward, use alot of pomade on the edge of ur hair line when u first start doing this in order to hold it down well
keep in mind thats my hair isnt nappy so if ur hair is nappy this might not work for u or might take a while to work
