I use only 2 mirrors, section my hair, use lots of clippys. Mesure the tape, cut the weft, then apply. This is the easiest method out there in my opinion. I have done shrinkies and LG, and the pro-tac rocks!!
I would think that you could use it on your hair, if you can do the glue in, then you can do this. The key is to blend, blend, blend.
For my type of hair, I think this method is the most undetectable. I am going to do shrinkies again soon, as I got some of the lush hair to try.

Also how does a person do their OWN hair? Use large mirrors etc? I have never tried to do my OWN hair but Im really interested in doing so. Whats the secret to doing the back of your OWN hair lol without help??

What is classed as a truly long holding durable bond, my client has had her proflex only in for 6 weeks now and its still stead fast, hasn't budged so I class that as a long hold for a weft method.
There is also a Pro-Flex tape and it's nothing like bonding strips. Wherever you get them, make sure it's the blue and white strips with the little holes in them. They seem to all be the same.
