Getting thumbs down were: Alanis, Jenny McCarthy, Penelope Cruz, Johnny Depp, Cynthia Nixon, Maria Bello, Mariah Carey
I totally disagree with the assessment on Jenny. What do you think?
Oh I agree about Jenny. WHAT was her hairdresser thinking? Obviously hair extensions and half wigs and not even well blended IMO. Her hair was too big and too fake looking. Such a beautiful girl which I think her beauty got lost in all those strands.

I don't watch awards shows, so I'm just looking through pics now ^_^ .
I like Anne Hathaway's hair-- much more intricate and interesting than most updos. Natalie Portman looked stunning, kinda like shannelling a 1950s Audrey Hepburn vibe there ^_^ . Speaking of retro-ness, I like the pics of Debi Mazar-- she looks like she just stepped out of an old movie ^_^ . Rosario Dawson is way too cute to be wearing that weird orange thing she was in O_o . Penelope Cruz is lovely, but could've used a touch of undereye concealer. Melanie Griffith takes a prize for most ridiculous updo, for sure, with that Marge Simpson thing she had going :-P . Zhang Ziyi's dress gives me ferret shock in every pic, it's so bright O_o !
Unfortunately, I've started to get bored flipping through the endless pages of pics, so that'll be the end of my commentary. I will now turn my childlike short attention span to other topics ^_^ .
More awesome than a manatee!

I like Jenny's hair something that you don't see all the time.

It gives thumbs up to: Eva Longoria, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Kyra Sedgwick, Charlize Theron, Marcia Cross,
Getting thumbs down were: Alanis, Jenny McCarthy, Penelope Cruz, Johnny Depp, Cynthia Nixon, Maria Bello, Mariah Carey
I thought they overrated Charlize's hair. I'm glad Mariah was on their "worst" list. Penelope looked tasty as usual. Marcia Cross may have had the best hair of the night. I totally disagree with the assessment on Jenny. What do you think?

No way. The only live shot I saw of Cynthia Nixon was one of the hair highlights of the night for me. She looked fantastic -- better live than any still photos I've seen. Why did you find her disturbing?
Just goes to show those stuck on themselves with long tresses, should consider that beauty is simple, just like Natalie portman!
Wow, serving up slow pitch softballs...
"just goes to show those stuck on themselves with short tresses, should
consider that beauty is simple, just like Crystal gayle!
Or something like that.
(The hypothetical quote does not reflect my personal opinion... I'm
merely presenting the diametrical opposition to your POV, gunnie.
You may find that such statements of hair politics don't always go over
so well on the celeb board.)
Something about the blonde on alanis doesnt look right. The hair itself looks nice. But her face looks like it was pasted on someone else like ssjockey said.Thats exactly what I thought. It just doesnt go.I just hope she likes it.Cause its just not working for her.

Hillary looks good even though it's a bit shorter. Better then that short cut in Boy's don't cry.
