Are you sure your hair is long enough for a bob?  The top layer looks really short.  The 2nd layer looks too short too.  Were the pics taken recently?

The bob cut is a good idea.
Many women look good in those hairstyles.
Which bob cut is good for you, well you should ask a hairdresser on that.
