Thanks Tangles! <3 <3
Hiya Kim D!!!
Hehe - if driving the car wasn't like driving on square tires, I'd escape to Anchorage! The freezing cold is do-able, but the dry air is a killer. The family and I went there after Christmas ..OMG, it *was* shorts weather ...Slushy snow, and warm air
You know, I think next trip I'll def. look around at their costco and sam's - I keep hearing that the club prices are WAY cheaper in Anchorage
Hey hey, Aeone girl! Saw the high in Fairbanks today was -33* F... makes
Anchorage's 12* look like tank top and shorts weather!!!
Don't know if you like her or not, but here's what Paula Begoun, the
"Cosmetics Cop" has to say about Biosilk's stuff:
She gave smilies to the Silk Therapy shampoos and conditioners, no harsh
drying stuff in them, so they'll be great for your climate.
" Silk Therapy ($12.00 for 2.26 ounces) is a standard, but very good,
silicone serum that, like all silicone serums, can make hair feel incredibly
silky and add amazing shine. This should be used sparingly, and is a bit
too greasy for those with fine or thin hair. "
The Silk Therapy gloss can be purchased on its own at Costco, if you
happen to be down Anchorage way.
Any thoughts, good or bad? I saw a 11.6 oz trio gift set of the Silk Therapy shampoo/conditioner and the Silk Therapy gloss (what my eye is *really* on ehehe) for 21.99 @ Sam's Club.
Just wanted to know what other's experiences with it has been - moisturizing? Craptacular? My hairpieces are dry-dry-DRY from this 49 below weather!!
