also try changing your shampoo. bc after a while your hair bulids a resistance to the shampoo your using

I don't know... however often you wash your hair, I suppose. It really depends on your needs. If it really helps to condition every day but only shampoo when you need to, go for it.

You've got a few options...

  • Grow it longer.
  • Add a second conditioner: a light cheap one such as Suave or V05. Then modify your washing routine so that it's "shampoo, light conditioner, usual conditioner"
  • Apply a couple drops of coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, etc. to your hands, rub them together, and stroke it through your hair.
  • Cut down on any heat styling. If you use heat styling (such as blow drying, hot irons of any kind) then heat does make hair poofier and/or frizzier through time.
