Your hair is beautiful, I can't see any orange, read my story in the bloopers forum and you'll realize it could be worse, my hair is ruined for the next 2 years. I was blind sided by the hair dresser I've been going to for 6 years, "she tried something new" without telling me about it.

Thanks guys. I am in the same salon but my colorist moved...so I got the new girl I am hoping to get an appt this weekend...as I work monday to friday 8-5 and have a little one. Hopefully, I can get a good colorist...who will be able to put some darker lowlights at the top and take out the brassy.
I just feel so bad right now Thanks again for your support!

You have really beautiful hair and it really suits you! I know what it's like when you spend good money at the salon and have the job turn out poorly~ or not what you have requested. I think you should go back to the salon as soon as possible as well.
I understand that you might be concerned about the same colourist touching your hair agin, but maybe it's possible to speak with the salon manager or a senior colourist~ and get their opinion and agreement to fix it for you free of charge (which they SHOULD do) ~?
You might also mention to whomever you are speaking with that you are uncomfortable with the same person fixing your hair since he/she is the person who messed it up in the first place and that you'd feel better if someone else~ (possibly the salon manager or another senior colourist) does the job.
Good luck~ I hope it goes well for you!

I think I'm missing somethign here. I thinkit looks good. I like it...
i can see the ends look darker and your roots are lighter but it looks
cool in the pic.... hmmm
I'd maybe wait a while and see how it changes, or go toa diffrent salon or.. go back and bitch.
It's your hair, you should get what you want. :)
Good luck!

I would certainly go back to the salon and explain what you want. They should fix it for FREE, as long as you don't touch it. I think to fix it a demi can be applied to the lighter oranger parts--probably an ash, but it sounds tricky cause I know you want the top to blend with the bottom. Don't let them fix the entire mistake at once. Schedule two appointments, make them strand test a small section (one you can see) the first time--you go home and make sure it's what you want. If you like the fix, go back later and let them redo the entire top part. Just my two cents. I love your hair, and am sorry this has happened to you.

What should I do? I got it done at a salon. I dont really want to go back and let them touch my hair again, is there something I can do on my own. Or should I just suck it up and go to a different salon and shell out another 100 bucks?!?!
