Special Kitty...the term Henna gloss refers to mixing a small amount of henna paste with a larger amount of something else (such as conditioner or yoghurt). It gives the conditioning qualities of henna with just a touch of the colour.  It's good for refreshing already hennaed hair, or for use on hair where you don't require/want much colour.  ie...it's a good way to ease into henna when first starting off.
