Sorry it took so long to get back. MTG I use it straight and apply only to the scalp. The smell is not the greatest so I apply at night and by morning it is gone. Others say that mixing with lavender takes care of the smell, but I haven't tried it yet.

Let me know if you find a solution.

I ordered mine today... the MTG... can you use this product by itself or do you have to mix it with an essential oil?

What is MTG and where do you find polysorbate 80 oil?

disregard my last message....I see where you can purchase this stuff.  I've been reading up on it and I see it has a high concentration of sulfer in it (essential for hair growth)....so I may just try it.  I'm just about done w/ my ORS products and plan to wash my hair this weekend and I'll see if this stuff works.  I'm afraid I'm putting too many things in my hair.....they're all natural but still.....I may be overdoing it......

Some people really like the Hair Mayonaise deep conditioner.  It was just ok for me, nothing special.  The smell made me nautious.  I liked the Silk Elements hair mayo better.

Does anyone have any opinions on this product.  Last year I cut all the relaxer out of my hair and started wearing a sewn in weave.  I did this for about 7 months and my hair did grow out.  I already had thin temples but I always had a full head of hair.  I'm noticing now that my hair line (around my forehead) is thinning.  I want to try to stimulate growth before the hair folicles die.  I think I made a wrong move by having my hair braided but, the braids are not tight and I don't wear them in a style that causes tension on my edges.  Unfortunately, I feel like I'm going bald..........I hear that products w/ MSM help stimulate growth and massaging the scalp.  I plan to take these braids out in 2 weeks (they've been in for a week) because I'm just scared I'm going to be bald bald bald.  I've always had thick hair.....any advice.
