You might just need to use a toner.  Do not put more color on your hair or it will just be darker.  What color is the base of your hair and what color are the highlights (yellow to orange).  Remember Color cannot lighten color.  Can you post a picture?

Colored my hair yesterday, highlighted it today...messed up the highlighting, too brassy, can I re-color to tone it down?  Tried the Dawn/Baking Soda mix, to no avail...please help...Thanks.
