Help me please

Hi anna! my name is sandy and i also used to have long hair but i did so much chemical styling that i had to cut 8 inches off and I am now growing it back out without chemicals! I have tried different products and nothing has worked better than just a really good multivitamin. I take either centrum or the prenatal vitamins that you can find at wal-mart. (And the guarantees these miracle hair pills offer - no good what so ever! I learned the hard way!) I use salon products and little heat styling unless i`m going out and take a good vitamin. My hairstylist says that my hair is growing fairly well and to stick with it. Good Luck!

Hi Anna, I know it is a shock to go from long to short and I do prefer my hair longer also but I dont believe there are any miracle products out there. Fortunately my hair grows pretty fast and I do take vitamins and have learned how to keep my hair protected and moisturized on a daily basis. Please dont worry, your hair will grow back and in the meantime enjoy your new look. It is fun to have different looks through out the years. That is why the stars are so intriguing to us - they are constanting changing their hair. Goldie Hawn is a gorgeous older women but has had the same hairstyle FOREVER. You hair will grow back but in the meantime have fun with your shorter hair and experiement with styling it - Im sure it looks great and it will just take you alittle time to get used to.
