I guess Mariah Carey never got that charity haircut. In case you can't tell which one she is in this photo, she's the one with the sunglasses.

Has Anyone here hears about Mariah Carey wanting to cut off her long blonde locks for charity?  If so what information do you have on this subject?  Do you think she should do it?  Do you think she will go through woth it
