yes it has mineral oil and I bought it from the hair supply store by my house I live in New york so I don't know where else to get it. You can try online or if you live in new york I can tell you

I am in love with dominican hair treatments, does this contain any minerail oil or petroleum? And where did you buy it and for how much? Thanks for the review

Estrella is a good dominican Hair treatment and it strengthens the scalp.  It comes in cinnamon and advocado.  It makes my hair feel nice and soft and refreshing. It also prevents Hair fall
