Ellen Pompeo

I don't think she got a haircut and I wasn't able to access the pics in either link you provided, but if I remember correctly, I did not like her hair during the award show.  Actually, her hair sort of bugs me when I watch "Grey's Anatomy" because I thought it looked fairly nice during season 1, but now it looks so straggly and it's always in her face.  I don't know if she's trying to grow out her bangs or what but there has to be a transition style better than this if that's the case.  Maybe it's me, but I feel like she always looks kind of unkempt.  I don't know, I think she looked nice in "Old School" compared to her hairstyles as of late.
