Those guys are complete idiots!  Think of how much more money they would make if they actually knew how to run a business!

OK... WELL... I just phoned them, and I did get a human being on the phone, and in the thermofiber they only have the 18" wefts, and she wasn't certain what colors they had in stock, nor was she certain if/when they would ever get the 36" back in stock, and somebody is supposed to call me back. . .so it appears that things haven't changed much!

Right. Their customer service was more of a detriment to them than any fire could have been.

LOL! They sent me a neat Xmas card, too, and a new catalog. But I'm still confused with almost everything to do with them. What they actually carry, what they don't carry, how to order, when, etc.

I have a weft of thermofiber, too, which I have only opened once and never used. If someone wants a couple of inches to try it out and promises a full report to the board, you may have some. It's #2, btw.

I'm not sure how to access their catalog online.  They sent me a paper catalog last year.

Their site confuses me. Where is the catalog? I keep imagining the aftermath of a hair factory fire and what anthroarcheologists would theorize a couple thousand years in the future.

still no online shopping cart.....

FinaFina, I never had a problem with Wawa, it actually held up wonderful. The few people I know of that uses AD's thermofiber like it better than Wawa

Here it is:

www.hair-heaven.com

I'm still not clear on whether or not this stuff frizzes like wawa and hot stuff fusion. Otherwise I'd go ahead and order some.

Anybody have any clues??

Hey UK girls:

Has anyone heard if American Dream has recovered from the fire they had and is back in business?

I imagine that they are still in business, as they send me a very cute Christmas card in December.

I see their website is still not accepting online orders.

So what's the scoop?
