Blondie1972 talked about a "flash toner" that lightened her bleached hair that was lowlighted. 

I'm in the same scenario, I have bleached out blonde hair (dark brown is natural) and my lowlights grabbed too dark and I just want to go back to all blonde without too much damage to my hair. 

My stylist put some highlights in to lighten up some gold pieces and it looks better. 

When I told her about the "flash toner" she said she has never heard of it and she wants me to get additional information about it. 

She wants me to check back in with her in a week to see if shampooing has faded my lowlights any further.  It's been 10 days so far since I had the lowlights done.
