Did you try the 5 Step Deep Conditioning Treatment? That's what you need to try. It's 5 bottles of stuff....not just shampoo and hair conditioner.

well your hair is over processed and damaged from the chemical services you've done to your hair. NEVER! NEVER EVER!!! dye your hair multiple times in a short time period as this is typically what will happen.

The average PH of a strand of Hair is 5.0. When you do a color service those chemicals are Alkaline in nature between 9.0 & 12.0 depending on what you are doing. They dry out the hair and the hair's PH level raises and the bonds in the hair weaken. The PH of the hair needs to returned closer to it's original level of 5.0 to help strengthen and put the moisture back into the hair strands that those chemical services pulled out.

Get yourself a Moisturizing Shampoo for dry damaged hair and Deep Condition your hair often over the next several weeks to help restore the balance to your hair. Your hair sounds damaged and you can not repair damaged hair you can only make it managable by using conditioners. L'ANZA has a 5 step deep conditioning treatment that I'd recommend having done at a salon. It will cost you about $20 - $25 and it will improve the condition dramatically. If you can't afford that try some SEXY Soy Packet Deep Conditioning Treatments they are about $2.50 in a Beauty Supply Store...they will help but they are not as good as L'ANZA. The L'ANZA line was designed for damaged, over processed hair...which is what you have.

G'luck

After dying it three too many times I suppose....after the last time i dyed it it started to fall out.

Its been about 2.5 weeks now.  I run my fingers through my hair and strands and strands come out.  It's from the root too.  It is also easily pulled out from my scalp.  I've used different "treatments" on it.  Little packets from Sallys....trying something now as we speak.

I can already see a difference in the thickness of my hair.  Please someone who knows, help me.

Courtney
