I agree, do a clarifying and follow up with a moisturizing conditioner treatment to replace the moisture thats was robbed from your hair after a clarifying shampoo. HTH
I've heard that if there is general product build up and no sufficient clarification during the washing process then the conditioning products won't work as well. So yes I would try clarifying next time.

I think it's dull because you stripped your hair of it's natural oils soo you should probably oil it or something with moisterizer. Or switch your products. After a while products build up and your hair no longer responds the same to it (like me with motions)

I washed my hair the other day the way I normally wash it with no new products. My hair came out dull and hard. Is this a sign that I need to clarify with my next shampoo?
