Hey Naked Eye, So were the pro tacs glued to your hair and you had
the clips? I don't understand

I was wearing pro-tacs with clips in the top. This works out great for me.
Clips alone don't stay too well in my hair, and the protacs keep them from
sliding. But pro-tacs alone didn't work because I couldn't go high up as I
wanted to without looking like I had brain surgery !! So the combo
is lovely!

And yes, I bought it from AMM, it's really lovely hair. I'm really happy with
it.

NakedEye, Are you wearing Pro tac or clip-ins? I was wondering which you prefer.

Wow Amm!!! Those picts are gorgeous!
Do you sell these wefts?
Naked Eye, did you buy your Elite wefts from Amm?
What type of hair is it? Are they a machine weft? How wide do they come?
Thanks

I have photos of all the textures. Email me and I'll be glad to send them. :)

Those are two separate wefts and they are about 2oz each. Each one is doubled over in the pic.

I made clips out of my last install (using the french body) after takedown and I used Liquid Gold to adhere them to the clips. Followed up with a bit of thread through the clip holes and under the wefting.

Hi Amm, Are these two wefts just two wefts or do you have a few wefts laying on top of eachother?

I'm wondering because if the brown or blond is just one weft it looks like there's a lot of hair on the weft and I would love to know where you got them!!

Thanks for posting those pictures Amm.  Do you have any photos of the 'french body' or 'soft wave'?  I'm not sure what texture to order.  I think I want it a bit wavier than the natural body, but not curly, if that makes sense?

You cannot sew through the weft. Your thread needs to be under the wefting and over the top to attach to clips.

Here's a couple wefts of the natural body opened up to see what it looks like.

Yeah, it's really not as wavy as you would think. I think I have pictures of
how it looked when I bought it. It's like a very slight wave, but after
washing it a few times, and just letting it air dry, it would look like
scrunched hair. So far it curls nicely, which was my aim.

Thanks ladies :)

Naked Eye - if I remember correctly you got the 'natural body' right?  How wavy do you find it after washing?

The wefts are tiny, but-even though I know squat about making clip ins-I
think they would work...

I tried sewing microlinks onto the wefts just to make sure I could in case
the protac didn't work out for me. It was tough, but It worked! I would
imagine it is similar, just sewing it on to a clip.

The wefts are definitly not too small, I think that they look like standard machine wefts, but with no beard.

Has anyone tried to make clip-ins out of the Elite Remy Micro-Wefts?  I'm thinking of getting some for this purpose, but am worried the wefts will be too small to sew clips onto.  Help?
