Oh, been trying to post pics on my forum all day but it just keeps saying "insert" and no picture  anyone know how to do it on mine?

thanks guys.  I'll still be here all the time but ive always wanted a forum so there it is.  Yeah its very bright  

It was so easy to set up, shame my website isnt quite as easy   Ive got it all updated and ready to upload but i kept getting error messages so i changed hosting company but stil the same probs.  I think it may actually be my anti-virus software which may be to blame.  Its so frustrating, lol.

Just created my own forum which im thinking of adding to my website when its updated.  I have alittle more work to do on it but what do you think? have i missed anything?
