I used to spraypaint my dreads all the time back in the day... like 17 years
ago. haha, I must be getting old!
It was before the internet and I couldnt find good colours in my town, it
always worked out just fine! :)

Also, how are you attaching them? And is this just temporary for your
date?

It would just be temporary for the evening. I have thought about making dreads on clips.

I have bought some shiny gold spraypaint today. Can´t wait to get started tomorrow.

I´ll post pictures .

I have some platinum PlasticHaar, I will use this, and then look for plastic spraypaint.

Thanks girls , you are allways there when needed.

I hand make all my dreads out of synthetic hair (Kanekalon jumbo
braid is the best for this) and the colour I would suggest using is 144
if you are after a golden hue, although it's more of a yellowy gold
than being metallic. There are lots of resources available online to
help you make your own.
As far as spray painting goes - it's entirely possible, particularly if
you are only intending them for occasional use.

I´m going on a date with my husband on saturday (fells like a date , we have to small children, and havent had a night alone since our youngest boy was born, and he is now 11 month).

I have a thing with gold at the moment, so I would like to ad some thin golden dreads or something to my hair.

Any one of you have any ideas, or experience?

Could I just spraypaint a dreadlock? Do you think i would work?
