QuoteReplyTopic: Dyed Blonde hair darker on ends... fix? Posted: March 01 2006 at 11:20pm
Quick fix is an ash blonde a level lighter than you used for just a few minutes on just the golden parts. Or, wait a week or so and see how it fades. You may be happy with it.
Or just a toner on the ends might work as well.
Whatever you decide......STRAND TEST!

Hi, hi! I'm new to the board, and yes; i'm somewhat knowledgable when it comes to dying my hair.
About once a year, I bleach my brown hair blonde, add a toner, and then deposit a Wella Permanent dye of my color choice onto my processed hair.
Well, this time after all ahs been said and done, although my top of my hair has turned out a BEAUTIFUL blonde, the ends of my hair are a few shades darker and seem a tad bit more golden.
Last year over the winter, I DID have my hair dyed a chocolate brown, so I'm pretty sure that's the reason why the ends have still come out slightly darker. My question is... is there a fix to this that anyone can suggest? Thanks in advance!
