You should have removed the color on your ends before bleaching. I would not have had you bleach your roots again.
Now, all you can do is try to tone your roots to match the ends. I just went through the opposite problem of trying to tone my ends to match my roots. I used Clairol Radiance 10 N and 10 GB in equal amounts mixed with the Radiance developer. I would only leave it on for 5 to to minutes otherwise it will be darker than you are looking for. Or you could try the Born Blonde Happy Honey Toner. The Born Blonde toner will fade out faster. That might be the route to go to see if toning your roots will give you an acceptable fix.

Here's a quick story. i bleached my hair, and the ends (b/c i ahd a dark hair dye on them a year ago) came out slgihtly darker. i added a toner and it helped a little but you could still see the band of color.
So i was told to bleach it again, and put it on the roots first. Which I did. so after letting it set in for a bit (30to 40) we added it to my roots (as I was told). I sat there for another 10-15 minutes, and even though I watched my hair didnt see a change. I rinsed, and now my hair is s soft/gold blonde (which isn't so bad) but my roots are white blonde.
What do I do now? I was told to add a semi-permanent to my roots. I happen to have one bottle of semi left by Beautiful Collection and it's b10N Champagne. Level 7/Base Neutral. Should i add this to my roots? I'm at a loss. I think my hair looks horrible. i dont understand why it did this. It's never happened to me when I dyed my hair blonde before I had kids. PLEASE HELP
