Motions has a shampoo and it cleans my hair without removing all of my natural oils.

Or you can try an ACV rinse ( Apple Cider Vinegar rinse)

if you use a lot of products once a week or every two weeks should be fine. But I would just judge when to clarify on how your hair is reacting. If the products that used to work wonders aren't doing much its time to clarify.

I've never seen a suave one....I'm gonna look for it the next time I go to the 99c store =)

I have a question, how often should I clarify?? I'm thinking like every two weeks....is that good enough of should it be done more often?

I use the claryifying shampoo my ion.  It is a transpaernt organe color and it has a nice fragrance.  It also claims to  balance the pH of your hair.

I have noticed that my hair is oily and dry since i used Motions CPR Hair Lotion. I really need to clearify my hair and then deep condtion it so I can get my hair braided or twisted during the springtime. I have NEVER clearified before, I always thought conditioning shampoo was enough.

Does anyone know about any good clarifying shampoo to get rid of my assesive build-up?
