would straightening it help? is there a way to get a straightening perm or something, or do i need something else? and i also need to know where i can buy what i need, like can i just go to walmart or something and buy a perm kit thingy or something?

hey im getting my hair cut this wednsday, im a 16 year old boy, right now i have long hair thats like 3 inches above my shoulders, but it will be a little below my ears when i get it cut. my hair is pretty straight, but it kinda curls towards my head instead of outward like it used to. but anyway i want my hair to kinda flip out, so how can i do that? i know i could like curl it everyday or something but im not gonna do that, so is there anyway i can get it to stay how i want it perminantly, or atleast for awhile? cause i really dont wanna mess with it everyday and stuff.
here is a picture i found, it is pretty much exactly how i want it, i have the same color, will have the same length, and my face is very similar too. i hope i know how to post it,
so how can i get my hair exactly like this without having to mess with it every day?
