looks to me like extra light ash blonde hair color... just ask your colorist for that color and bring pics.

I have lightish brown much like her roots- her original hair color.

But I either want to dye or highlight NOT both- preferably highlight.

Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to get my hair like this?

I am getting it professionally done!
