On MB's price list, he lists that 20-25 strands come in one ounce of 22" pre-tipped hair.  You should get the same as he uses EP hair.

5 ounces is pushing it for 22 inch hair. Id use a minimum of 6 ounces of 22 inch. Unless its a very wavy or curly texture, then you can get away with using less.

Thank you, I am trying to save a friend client some money by pre tipping the hair for her. I don't like to do it, but I will as a favor to her. I was hoping to be able to use just 5oz . I can't make the strand to big so it might work.  I will be using the silicone micro rings and ther isn't much room in them. Thanks again.

I agree with Marie, Id say the average size strands is 75 per 2 ounces. I personally prefer my strands thicker and would get about 50-60 out of 2 ounces.

I would say that will get you between 60 -75. I get 150 out of 4oz 18 to 20 inch.

Hi  for anyone who pretips their own hair, how many strands can you get from 2 oz of 22" hair? I am trying to figure out how much hair to get. I want to order Ep's bulk hair and pretip it myself. Thanks
