Hi,

I've never used Wellite powder bleach before, so I don't know about that, but the Color Charm mixing ratio is 2 parts developer to 1 part color. If I'm not mistaken, the instructions are printed on the inside of the box.  Also, I'm thinking you would use the Wellite to lighten your hair first, rinse and shampoo well, and then use the color.

i,ve got reddish brown hair, and i,m trying to achieve a lighter color ,i purchased wella wellite powder, creme developer and colorcharm permanent dark blonde,now i need to find out how to use the above,ratios also if i can use colorcharm and wellite simultaneously,necessary steps
