Nooooo I wish I had virgin hair But it is just my roots growing out from my old hair color. And I can't afford to get the base color too.

If you have virgin hair, I'd let the salon do the base color and highlights together. This way the girl/guy can do a full head of foils and bleach some while single process color on others to give a more blended look.
Tonight I am dying my hair an ash blonde before I get my whitish blond highlights professionally done. Otherwise if I don't dye my hair, I will have dark brown roots showing and it will be bad.....
I am wondering if this will be okay? I am kinda scared though... I don't want my hair to fall out.
