Can anyone help me get this look?

grow it out so that your hair is halfway down your back or well past your shoulders. then get your hair layered. she has 3 different layers in her hair so get that many and remember to part your hair on the side like she does. then just use a hotair brush from conair and slightly curl the ends a bit to give it that look. it wont be too difficult. then spritz the ends with hairspray. then you'll be done.
