Frontal, Skin Wefts ??

front lace is similar to skin wefts in that it is hair that is tied into / injected into a base material.  However, the front lace is tied in in such a way that it mimic the growth pattern of hair from the scalp.  Skin wefts don't really do that.

I have been looking at these frontals for a while and I'm wondering if they are just seamless skin wefts. I haven't experimented with the skin wefts yet and just wanted to know what you experienced skin wefters thought.
