I cut them up and did this kinda thing around my hairline

But because shorter wefts have a tendancy to move and get looser faster then the longer ones, I overlapped the edges on each protac strip a bit, it glued to itself and is as secure as one long weft.

Oh yeah Sherrie, what you said, this install I used half tapes on the
bottom and top (I didn't have great success with double wefts and half
tapes, but they worked great with 1 weft) And at the top, I love them. It
really helps, less visible, and feels more comfortable!

I noticed when I used the full size tape that it didnt conform to my head as well on the top row. But it still held as well. But maybe try using a half tape. Or as Naked eye said, use a few separate pieces.
Thanks Sherrie. When I attach the top row with protac, it just does not
seal well around my head. I had to cut the weft in half and attach it as 2
pieces. Or maybe I just need more practice
HHHH- Yeah, I find it works well, but you definately need to cut them
down. I use the longer wefts more towards the bottom, and little pieces
around the top. Using a bigger piece in the back, then a few smaller ones
towards the front has turned out the best for me. Just my input!

We just used the Goo Gone for random stuff, did lots of cleaning of
everything you can imagine! Lots of heavy machines and stuff. With that
said, I didn't think about it burning the scalp. That I can see happening. It
just seems like the same consistency of the orange oil and never burned
my skin before.

I've used Goo-B-Gone to get the protac tape goo off the wefts, but someone on this board said it is harsh on the scalp, so I haven't tried it to get the tapes out of my hair.
It was me Monsteria, I tried the goo gone and it burnt my scalp! I usually use the C-22 which works great and smells good but the cheap stuff Orange Glo or Desolvt sounds like a good deal! As long as the ingredients are similar, why not?

Ohohoh, where you you buy it and what brand is it exactly?
The brand is Orange Glo and I bought it at Home Depot, my second home. But any store should have it or something like it. It's orange oil cleaner and polish, not the degreaser.
Naked, i was thinking I'm going to pick up a bottle of Goo gone
to see if it works faster than DesolvIt. I can always use it
around the house cleaning. What u use it for on your job?

Oh yeah, and that Goo Gone stuff, I forgot about that, and I used to use it
at work, man, that stuff could get rid of anything! Should have used that
when I had that darn latex stuck in!!
Kalika, also DeSolvIt (from Walmart) works and the label says "safe for
skin and hair". It's for removing gummy stuff around the house and gum
from your child's hair, lol. It's orange and made by OrangeSol folks.
"Ingredients: essent citrus oil; vit E; alo vera; organic wetting agent. contains no water. "
It's a great cleaner too.

Well, Orange Glo wood polish and cleaner looks, smells, and works just like the orange shrinkie remover. And a big giant bottle is 4 bucks. Side by side, I can't tell the difference between the two removers.
