well.. for most asian that hairstyles is easy to do coz naturally their hair sticks up like a porcupine. so just a little bit of wax on damp hair, and some teasing here and there and they are ready to go.

but...

if you don't have this kind of texture, try using using gel or wax and apply it on damp hair, then the painfull secret is....

blow your hair upside down, gravity will help your hair to spike better

and dont be stingy on the wax.
