You can do the same thing with aspirin. Just makea paste, spread it over your skin, rinse off. You can use it as a scrub as well. The ingredient in peptobismol that helps skin is aspirin-based.
btw: where i said "for a minute or so" i meant to say till it dries on ur face, like a mask.. then rinse with water, preferably cool... works very well with sensitive skin... hope u find this useful!
they should add "dull skin" to the pepto bismol commercial, and here's why...
for a glowing complexion, moisten a cotton ball with pepto bismol, apply it to ur face, leave on for a minute or so, then rinse... it contains salysilic acid, which gently exfoliates the face and helps with mild acne; AND it coats the face, just like it does ur tummy, to keep it cleaner and softer for longer!.. ur face will show an instant glow, and it'll even shine through ur foundation (if it's slightly sheer).. it's amazing! try it
