Seriously, in reality ChrissyV glue isnt THAT expensive. You can get a few installs out of one bottle. (Its been awhile, not sure if you still get the same amount of ounces per bottle) but I think I used to get 3 or 4 installs out of a bottle. So thats $12-$17 per install.

Your right metalgirl. ChrissyV is awesome glue, and I believe it is latex based. But I wouldnt even put it in the same classification as 'latex'. Its fair superiour to common latex glue found in any BSS!

I don't think the www.chrissyv.com latex glue is a pain to get out at all.  It's just pricey!

drama queens

Latex is fine for short term wear, like if your only wearing it for a week.  Removal can be a PITA, but cornstarch helps get the gooeys out

YES!! Latex, is HORRIBLE. That is something I would never want to do
again. It takes forever to get out...Not a good route!

Pro-tac is so easy, and works good too! Go with that!

I have to agree with longhairaddict...latex is a PAIN. It doesnt last long and is a b!tch to remove, gooey sticky, messy...yuck! Pro-tac is easier by far and alot less MESSY!!!

I started out with the latex glue, it wasn't bad but I really wouldn't suggest it.  For a starter person I would definitely suggest the protac tape.  Make sure you have enough hair!  I don't know your length, but not using enough will end up looking terrible.

I think alot of people wear the weft in longer peices, but I prefer to cut them into different sizes around my head.  The top front peices are 2 inches and get longer as it gets lower, etc.  That part is really up to you, but I find the smaller they are the more comfortable they feel on me.  The longest peices I have wore would be about 5 inches and they are in the back.

Good luck, it can be alot of fun with some practice..........and with the protac if you screw it up it comes out rather easy.
Wearing 22" 8oz Tease I tips installed with silicone microrings.

Hello ladys. Me and my friend bought a weft of hair. How do  we put them in? We've bought glue for it so we're useing the glue method.

Do we keep  the long part and just glue it onto our heads or do we need to cut the weft up and glue it into our head?

Anyone any demos any help would be truly appreciated thanks girlies xx
