Aimee, when you get it, will you give us a review??? Like how thick/thin it is? Is the silkyness comparable to Bohyme? Does it all seem to be the same length like Bohyme or does it have different length strands like natural hair? Etc....? I'm thinking of trying it.
You're right. I was looking at the Gold prices and thought it was Velvet prices. Either way, does anyone know if it's single or double drawn? Is it as silky, thin, and smooth as Bohyme?
I've had a few packages of their velvet remy. It didn't tangle, unlike oddball bss hair. However, it shed pretty darn bad. Even after I went over the wefts with clear nail polish first. Actually for me, it wasn't too much different than the Bohyme I'd used. I believe I had the yaki straight in the Outre, and the textured smooth in the Bohyme.
I agree with Dunebug, as BSS hair goes IMO Outre' is one if not the best. When I was wearing Outre Velvet Remy as well as the Gold it held up pretty well. I've done everything in the book to my velvet remy hair and it still held up fine. I think that the gold may be better, a step higher, than the silver (I could be wrong) even though I have not had the silver before......... Its not too silky now, it does has a little texture to it LOL. But I think you will be fine though. HTH
I've bought Outre gold at the BSS before, and as far as BSS hair goes, I like it.
I used it for clip ins so it didnt get washed as much as if I'd done an install
with it, but it stayed nice looking for a while.
Its certainly not top quality hair, but its my BSS brand of choice.
I've never worn the silver though.

Hairsisters.com is selling Outre "Velvet Remi" in Euro silky straight (Silver) for $6.99 and Euro silky straight (Gold) for $7.99. First, what is the difference between the two? Second, what is this hair like? I'm not looking for something as fine and silky as Bohyme, but I'm also not looking for something that turns to utter crap in a few washes. Anyone have experience with this?
