Yeah, I've had similar problems with Paypal. Before, I didn't know, but me
and my mom have the same credit card number, and we can't each have
an account with the same number. Probably a security issue which is
good, but annoying! Do you have any other card you can use? Maybe you
should consider calling your credit card company and ask what might be
going on. (If you had the problems with more than one company)

Otherwise, I don't know what to tell you, maybe try seeing if you can
contact paypal and see if they can help you

I can't tell you all how much help you are with sharing various topics and resources. I really need help tonight. I have spent virtually all day online trying to order PROTAC. I'm pretty good at research etc. but this has just about worn me out. I found Max on Ebay, filled out everything, did everything (5times) only to have paypal reject my payment (tho I've ordered many times before) and my visa not go thru because of the paypal debalkle saying someone already has that credit card. Yes, and it's me. Next beau coue (sp?) is out of the stuff, and no where else am I finding it. I need it by this Friday. Naked eye, Sherrie and others have helped me no end, but I have to find this stuff.
