I use the Protac with either the Liquid Gold glue or Vapon No-Tape and for me it lasts about one month. Everybody is different. If I use just the LG glue, I'm lucky if it stays in two weeks! I tried using just the tape and it pulled at the little pieces of my natural hair, and I lost quite a bit of my real hair. What a difference when I use the tape with the glue!

how long does protac hold up? is it better than Liquid Gold? thanks :-)

Hi Honey, Sher is the BEST isn't she! I've gotten a hold of Protac and will be using it as soon as I get it...Look at Sherries pictures plus all the other Protac postings to get up to snuff on how to apply it etc.

Pro-tac is bonding strips (tapes). You use them with wefts. They are the easiest new method of installing extensions. The are awesome for a DIYer. Check out all the great threads on this board about pro-tac, there is a ton of info here! I love this stuff, it has sure simplified my installs!
