Or you can just keep the layers as is and trim the same amount all over. I have layers and I'm keeping them. I'm letting my hair grow out, and I just let them all grow together instead of trying to "even" them up. They're great if you have thick or HEAVY hair. It gives your hair movement and body. Blunt cuts don't do that for heavy hair.

You can either cut out the layers and then let is grow, or let it grow then slowy cut out the layers. I'm going to do the later.
Hair Type: 4a/3c Natural
Hair Length: Mid Back (growing out Layers)
Hair Goal: Long Layered Waist length/ Super Healthy!

I have long layers that I love but I want to let my hair grow out to the middle of my back. Any tips?
