Well I have thier handtied weft hair and I LOVE it, I also tried the bulk hair as well, just as soft and nice as the wefts. In all I am very please with RHT and the customer service is wonderfull! Camille is always on-point with my many emails that I've sent her LOL. HTH

She actually put the fusions in for me at her house.  The fusions per say were not put in badly at all, its just the hair.  The way it was pretipped, the hairs in the very middle didn't have any keratin on them.  Unbelievable shedding.  I had told the girls on bhm that the vacuum belt caught fire and broke when it would no longer revolve due to all the hair tangled up in the vacuum.  I had to take a butchers knife to the darn thing.  I went straight to bohyme wefts after that, then shr**kies with rkhairproducts.com.

The hair is really soft and pretty.  I had it and I never had ANY tangling.  I had the bulk 18 inch which was pretipped by hand.  The pretips shed like crazy and I had to remove them after a month.  If I order from Camille again, I would get the wefts.  That was my first time getting fusions installed, it was a $400 lesson.

they are VERY attentive with emails. I got a response about 20 seconds after I sent the email. I hope their hair is as good as their service, bc they were VERY fast and friendly. I requested some samples, and the lady told me theyd be sent out today. I'm so excited. :)
