I'd say go to a salon. Dying dark hair light is always difficult, it was even for me.. and I've been dying mine for years. They could also probably find a solution for your dark eyebrows & beard I think.

You may want to post this in the ' Hair Coloring ' section of the forum, they could probably help you more. They helped me out a lot.

Hi, I'm male and thinking about dyeing my hair a lighter color, currently it's dark brown but my eyebrows look blackish as well as my beard, I was thinking about a color like this only a little darker http://www.contrastwigs.com/options_images_popup.php?oID=777

I can make my eyesbrows lighter with peroxide but I don't want to remove my beard, it's not too dense and I wear it short but still it looks black, thx for any advice.
