Just an update. I received the following email from Laura of Diva Hair and Im very impressed with her professionalism and it looks like I'll have a full head of hair again soon!

I am soooooooooo sorry to hear about how much trouble you are having with your hair. I have let my supplier know and am working on a solution. As for your hair, I will replace it free of charge. I am out of town until Friday so I will be in touch with you early next week. Again, I am sorry and I will either get this straightened out with my supplier, or will not be using him again.
