Basically, you need to try and use something with alcohol in it (hairspray, baby oil, medicinal alcohol)
Anything oil based at all
needs something non-polar. That's why alcohol works. Same with baby
oil. Hair spray contains alcohol...so it's like a sticky version of
rubbing alcohol.

My daughter got deck paint in her hair....and nothing I try will take it out . Does anyone know of anything that I can use or do I have no choice but to shave her head ( yes its that bad) Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!
