Please answer anyone, want to use this product, but trust your advice here more then what the box says...

My color in my hair is awful.  I want to color it again and it has been a week or so.  It was a semi-permanent hair color and it became a dark tint with a ugly cast to it.  Not sure maybe blueish or grayish color brown. 

I bought this product that is called Color Oops, Hair Color Removal, Extra Strength.  Has anyone ever used it?
