ITA with what deexox said.  The NTM shampoo and deep con mask should be enough.  The mask is very moisurizing.

You should shampoo, reconstruct and then condition. A protien treatment leaves your hair dry so you have to condition so it can get a bit softer.
Hair Type- 4a/b *transitioning front of my head*

Products- Garnier Fructis S & S Poo, Lustrasilk Shea Butter Mango Conditioner and Cantu-Leave in =)

Hi ladies I have a quick question for you! This weekend I'm going to get an Aphogee treatment (Protein treatment) I would like to know if the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Mask (Moisture Treatment)and the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Shampoo would be enough or should I also go with the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Conditioner? One more thing, can someone please explain to me what I should do first! Either Shampoo then use the Aphogee and  condition!
