You should shampoo, reconstruct and then condition. A protien treatment leaves your hair dry so you have to condition so it can get a bit softer.

Hi ladies I have a quick question for you! This weekend I'm going to get an Aphogee treatment(Protein treatment) I would like to know if the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Mask(MoistureTreatment)and the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Shampoo would be enough or should I also go with the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Conditioner? One more thing, can someone please explain to me what I should do first! Either Shampoo then use the Aphogee and condition!
