lol, yeah, with my microlinks my bf saws eww, your lice are showing!! It's
okay at home, but when we go out...I get tons of nasty looks!!

I only had them for a week but they were strand by strand and I work in a daycare. One of my kids was playing with my hair and she felt the glue and saw it and she goes "oooo bugs bugs!" lol

I lost my bladder on all of those.

I've been able to convice people that I can get my hair to grow really fast
overnight by taking special pills so now it's like a joke at work, we
all try to fool new people by talking about it.

Who knew extensions could be so fun!

how about having a 10 year old boy and a just-turned-13 year old daughter, when they get angry with me they call me (under their breath, but i DO hear them) : 'Chinese hair lady'

i will correct them next month......it's INDIAN-hair-lady to you, you little evil  kids!!

Kristie M, my husband gets SO creeped out by my extension hair!!!!  And, yup, I hang it on the towel racks....

LOL, funniest thing Id ever seen was one of the features at our club.

She swung around the pole, and a track flew out of her head and landed in some guys drink.  He looked very confused.  I felt bad for laughing (karma thing), but I just couldnt help myself, my face hurt from laughing so hard.  The manager had tears in his eyes, and some girl there told her that I did hair, so I sewed that sucker back in for her.  Good times.

I'm sure we all have funny extension stories. Here are some of my
favorites:

--When you've had really short hair and all of a sudden your hair is
down your back: "Wow, your hair grows FAST!"

--When you tell them it's extensions and they just HAVE to look into
your hair and touch your scalp to check out the bonds. (This makes
me think of telling that friend wearing a water bra for the first time,
"Gee your breasts are huge!" and then pulling up her top to feel her
fake boobs.)

--When you tell them you do your own extensions and they tell you
you should quit your day job and become an extensionist.

--When the young, cute server at your favorite restaurant who never
gave you the time of day when you had short hair now gets all
nervous, shy and blushes every time you come in for dinner.

--When you or your loved ones notice all the weird places you hang/
store your hair, and how creepy a big hunk of hair can look lurking in
a closet or over a towel bar, especially late at night.

--When a piece of hair comes off unexpectedly, either causing you to
freak out or scaring the heck out of someone else. (I've only had
individual bonds end up wrapped around my round brush while blow
drying, but even this is funny the first few times it happens... visions
of sudden baldness dancing in my head...)

I had NO IDEA how fun having extensions could be!!! I can't wait for
that cruise!
